Ellie leads the Project Management division of Woodley Coles, having previously spent time as a Chartered Project Manager at AtkinsRéalis, delivering projects across the public and private sectors for one of the world’s leading project and programme management consultancies.
Ellie was named Role Model of the Year at the Building the Future Awards in 2025, and the G4C South East Future Leader of the Year in 2022, having previously been shortlisted as a Finalist in the CIOB Rising Star Awards in 2021.
Ellie is a passionate advocate for careers in construction, having founded a networking group dedicated to the NextGen community in 2023 called Generation 4 Change (G4C) in Kent, and she now chairs the regional Constructing Excellence group in Kent.

Pamela leads the people strategy and sustainability agenda at Walker Construction, aligning HR, skills development, and ESG commitments. Pamela has championed the apprenticeship programme as a core pillar of the firm’s social value and workforce planning strategy and successfully recruited six new apprentices in 2025!
Pamela has recently partnered with the EKC Group and participates in the Kent Employer Network Steering Group to align talent pathways with local demand and address the construction sector skills shortage.
Pamela has delivered consecutive carbon audits as part of the firms Net Zero strategy and convened leadership training on sustainability. These efforts resulted in winning the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce winner for Sustainability & Decarbonisation Business of the Year in 2025, which also led to a national nomination.
